Frequently Asked Questions

The relationship between the client and therapist is the most important part of the treatment process. During your first visit we work during this visit to explore why you are seeking services, what you are looking for in a therapist, and what your ultimate goals are for therapy. We will begin building that client and therapist relationship and making you comfortable with your therapist. 

We currently provide psychotherapy services to clients in the states of MS, TX, and Alabama. 

Renew and Restore Therapy Services accepts all major insurance including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MS, United Healthcare. We also accept some EAPs and self pay clients.

Most clients attend therapy once a week however some come less frequently. Clients generally come in weekly for at least the first 4-6 weeks of therapy. You and I will determine how often you will need to come in during your initial appointment. 

I strive to make services available for those who need them. I offer flexible sliding scale so that I may help those who are in circumstances of financial difficulty. This slots are limited. 

The fee for a therapy session at Renew and Restore Therapy Services varies depending on the length of the session and the type of therapy. Please contact us for specific pricing information.
